All payments made for services are non-refundable. However, minor adjustments to the completed service may be requested and will be honoured within 14 calendar days of the original appointment date. After this period, any additional changes may be subject to a new service fee.​

Cancellation Policies
Shaleen's Cancellation Policy - appointments changed or cancelled within 2 business days of scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% fee of scheduled service. Appointments changed or cancelled within 1 business days, as well as no-show appointments, are subject to 100% fee of scheduled services. Cancellation fees are to be paid in full prior to scheduling future appointments.

Payton's Cancellation Policy - cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or a no-show will result in a $75 rebooking fee. This fee will be sent via email invoice and must be paid before booking any future appointments.
