Appointments changed or cancelled within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% fee of scheduled service. Appointments changed, cancelled within 1 business day or no-shows are subject to a 100% fee of scheduled services. Cancellations fees are required to be paid in full before scheduling future appointments.
