Thank you for supporting our Apprentice Program at Shay & Co. (Shaleen Hauck Hair). By booking with Payton, our apprentice stylist, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Apprentice Services

All services are performed by Payton, an apprentice stylist, under the supervision of Shaleen Hauck, journeyman stylist.

Service times may take longer than standard appointments due to the training process.

Model Pricing

As a model guest, you will receive a 50% discount on the allotted appointment price.

Refunds & Adjustments

No refunds will be issued for apprentice services.

Minor adjustments may be made within two (2) weeks of the original service date at no additional cost.

Cancellations & No Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in a $75 rebooking fee.

This fee will be sent via email invoice and must be paid before booking any future appointments.
